FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reconstruction of building structures, specifically to elimination of their common deformations. Technological complex for elimination of collapse of buildings and structures contains located at building or structure several tiers of channels for solution injectors, solution injectors arranged in channels, pump station for supply of solution and compressor connected via pipelines with solution injector, located directly in area of channels extensible layers, matrix layers located at boundary with extensible layers. Extensible layers and matrix layers are a mixture of local soil with injected solution. Matrix layers contain local soil without changing skeleton structure, and injected solution for matrix layers is a high-permeability solution based on microcements. Extensible layers contain local soil with variation of skeleton structure, and injected solution for extensible layers is a low-permeable solution based on bentonite, wherein injected solution for matrix layers contains, %: microcement (microdur) - (20-50); amorphous microsilica - (5-15); Hydrated lime (for example, Ca (OH)2 - (10-25); mineral microfiller, for example carbonate flour - (20-50); suspension viscosity regulator, for example, superplasticiser - C-3 - up to 2 % of weight of water retaining binding additive; for example, methylcellulose - up to 5 % of weight of binder, and injected solution for extensible layers contains, %: bentonite - (60-90); portland cement - (10-40); plasticiser - up to 2; hardening accelerator - up to 10.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of corrected base of buildings and structures due to prevention of cracking and hydraulic fractures of soil, reduced labor input.
