FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reconstruct building structures, namely, to eliminate their common deformations. Technological complex for elimination of deformations of buildings and structures contains located under the building or structure several tiers of channels for matrix injectors, matrix injectors arranged in channels, pump station for supply of matrix and compressor connected via pipelines with matrix injector. Located directly in the area of channels expandable layers, arranged on the boundary with extensible layers layers-matrix. Expandable layers and layers of matrix are a mixture of local soil with pumped matrix. Expandable layers contain local soil with variation of its skeleton structure, and pumped matrix for expandable layers is a low-permeable matrix based on cement or precast concrete. Layers of matrix contain local soil without changing of the structure of its skeleton and pumped matrix for layers-matrices which is a high-permeability solution based on micro cements, which includes: micro cement (mikrodur) - (20-50) %; amorphous microsilicasuspension - (5-15) %; hydrated lime, for example Ca(OH)2 - (10-25) %; mineral micro filler, for example carbonate flour - (20-50) %; suspension viscosity controller, for example, superplasticizer C-3 up to 2 % of the weight of matrix material; water-retaining additive, for example methylcellulose up to 5 % of the weight of the matrix material.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of corrected base buildings and structures due to exclusion of cracking and hydraulic fractures of soil, reduced intensity and materials consumption.
