FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reconstruction of building structures, specifically to elimination of their common deformations. Method for elimination of deformations of buildings and structures includes operation of installing measuring equipment for geodetic monitoring, installation of cuff injectors in soils of bases of buildings or structures, preliminary injection into soil of bases highly penetrating solution, compensating injection of low permeable solution. Both stages of injection are performed through cuff injectors, cuff-type holes of which are located in two or more tiers. Preliminary injection is performed with highly penetrating solution based on micro-cements at pressure not more than P1max and with consumption per one cuff not more than Qmax, and completed at flow rate Q1, current, equal to minimum value Q1, min, wherein solution has following composition: microcement (type microdur) - (20-50) %; colloidal silica - (5-15) %; hydrated lime (for example, Ca(OH)2) - (10-25) %; mineral microfiller, for example, carbonate flour, - (20-50) %; suspension viscosity regulator, for example, superplasticiser C-3, up to 2 % of weight of binder; water-retaining additive, for example, methylcellulose, up to 5 % of weight of binder; water-retaining additive, for example, methylcellulose, up to 5 % of weight of the binder. Preliminary injection is performed from upper tier of cuff holes downwards, and main parameters are linked by given relationships.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of works on elimination of deformations of buildings and structures, reduction of material consumption and labour intensity.
