FIELD: materials.
SUBSTANCE: product of in general sheet shape suitable for use as a substrate for floor coating intended for permanent installation includes a layer containing a material on base of rubber crumb and having the first and the second sides. To the first or the second side a rough fabric material is attached. Coating of a pressure-sensitive strong adhesive is applied on part of the open surface of the rough fabric material. Adhesive is considered to be strong if after holding for setting for 24 hours the strength of adhesion for separation at the angle of 90° at the rate of 300 mm/min measured as per the testing method of FINAT No. 2 is between 4.35 and 21.76 newton for the width of 25 mm at room temperature (23 °C ± 1°C) and the relative humidity of 50 % of ± 5 %.
EFFECT: invention provides dispersed load and the possibility of maintaining a solid incompressible surface.
