SUBSTANCE: device for training football players, hockey players, basketball players is proposed. It comprises sportsmen dummies, wherein dummies are made in form of structural outlines of sportsmen. Besides, proposed device comprises trench closed with shields, in which reversible motor is placed, shaft of which with stepped pulleys is oriented vertically and is connected by means of belt transmissions with shafts with stepped pulleys, installed along straight strip. Wherein revolving and swinging frame silhouettes of football players with exposed leg are installed on shafts or of hockey players with exposed hockey stick or of basketball players with arms spaced apart. Wherein shafts of outlines are made composite, lower part of which is rigid, upper one is flexible. Method of using device for training football players, hockey players, basketball players, described above is also disclosed.
