FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of physical culture and sports and is designed to train sportsmen playing ball games, for instance, basketball players. A fitness machine comprises a mannequin installed on the platform with one or two arms and one or two ledges, facilities to measure the position of arms and/or legs of the mannequin, a control unit and a recording device. Facilities to change the position of arms and/or legs are equipped with actuation mechanisms connected to the outlet of the control unit, which is connected with the recording device. The fitness machine platform may comprises its own actuation mechanism, which is connected with a control unit.
EFFECT: development of a dynamic device with a feedback between a forward and a fitness machine, which increases efficiency of training sessions of basketball players by modelling real game situations.
