FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering and can be used for simplifying structures, increasing output of radiation and improvement of light source radiation spectrum based on light-emitting diodes. Technical result is achieved by fact that LED light source with remote luminophor contains bulb from optically transparent material with refraction index of more than one and less than square of luminophor refraction index, into inner surface of which luminophor is embedded. Light-emitting diodes are installed inside bulb. Bulb surface from organic material has shape, calculated by LEDs radiation indicatrix and providing uniform LEDs illumination at all bulb surface points. Luminophor is incorporated into bulb inner surface at depth, equal to optimum luminophor layer thickness, which provides effective radiation conversion.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of light source efficiency and providing uniform illumination of LED light source bulb due to luminophor layer placing into bulb inner surface and selection of special surface shape.
