FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of film-forming polyurethane compositions and can be used as a protective coating for wood, concrete, metal, glass. Polyurethane coating composition contains polyoxypropylene triol with molecular weight 3,600, polyisocyanate based on 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, diphenylol propane, solvent and additionally 2,4,6-tris-(dimethylaminomethyl)-phenol. As a solvent composition contains a mixture of acetone, toluene and cyclohexanone in ratio, wt%. %: 33:33:34, respectively. Ratio of components of composition is as follows, pts.wt: polyoxypropylene triol with molecular weight 3600 - 60, polyisocyanate based on 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate - 68, diphenylol propane - 40, 2,4,6-tris-(dimethylaminomethyl)-phenol 3.0-3.5, said solvent 110-160. Technical result is increase of viability of polyurethane composition by 3-5.5 times, increase of hardness of coating based thereon to 13.5 % while preserving strength properties (impact strength and bending strength) and adhesion.
EFFECT: longer life of polyurethane composition and high hardness of coating based thereon.
