FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to layered structural materials, particularly to a denoising gasket. Gasket is made in the form of a two-layer laminated plate. First layer is a relatively solid material having the first and the second surfaces. On the first surface there is multiple elevated and, as a rule, pointed sharpened elements, each of which has an apex. Second layer is a material from graphite foil, which is connected with the relatively rigid material so, that at least some pointed sharpened elements stab the material from graphite foil. In one embodiment the first layer does not have perforated holes and is uniformly smooth. In another version on the second surface there is also multiple sharpened elements, and the third layer containing graphite foil is connected with the second surface.
EFFECT: invention provides creating a denoising gasket for installation between the piston and the substrate of the brake shoe.
