SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering. Screw non-self-locking mechanisms are introduced into the system parallel to the elastic elements. Nut-flywheels are fixed in the bearing supports in the bodies on the moving mass inertial elements of the protection object. Dynamic interactions are provided with relative movements through screw rods. Conditions for the effect of blocking external influences on the inputs of partial systems are created. When the blocking frequencies of two inputs coincide, the mode of dynamic damping of the oscillations simultaneously along the two coordinates of the protection object elements motion is created.

EFFECT: simultaneous damping of the object's oscillations along two coordinates is achieved.
