FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biologically active food additive and can be used in food industry and medicine. Proposed invention aims to create more enriched with useful biologically active substances and more utilizable (bioavailable) biologically active additive, based on cysts (eggs) of artemia genus maxillopod for use in food. Food biologically active additive of artemia cysts is characterized by content of supercritical CO2-extract of ground cysts or chorions of cysts of artemia crayfish and cake, remaining from supercritical CO2-extraction of ground cysts or chorions of cysts of artemia crayfish or ultrafine powder of ground cysts or chorions of cysts of artemia crayfish in ratio from 1:4 to 4:1. Supercritical CO2-extract of ground cysts or chorions of cysts of artemia crayfish contains astaxanthin in amount of 50.0-77 mg per 100 g of product and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) Omega 3 in amount of 28.0-47.0 g per 100 g of product. Cake, remaining from supercritical CO2-extraction of ground cysts or chorions of cysts of artemia crayfish, contains iodine in amount of 3.3 to 4.4 mg per 100 g of product. Ultrafine powder of ground cysts or chorions of cysts of artemia crayfish contains iodine in amount of 4.1-4.5 mg per 100 g of product.
EFFECT: food biologically active additive is packaged in gelatine capsules of 0,1 or 0,2 g.
