SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the cosmetic industry and is a biologically active cosmetic additive for cosmetics of regenerating and nourishing action on the basis of an extract of small crustacean cysts of the genus Artemia, characterized in that as an extract of small crustacean cysts of the genus Artemia, it contains supercritical CO₂-extract of cysts or cyst chorions, pre-crushed by subsequent irradiation with a stream of accelerated electrons obtained in a pulsed linear accelerator with an energy of accelerated electrons of 2.5–5 MeV and an absorbed radiation dose of not more than 20 kGy, of small crustacean of the genus Artemia, or a mixture of these components, which are in a ratio of 1:4 to 4:1, as well as a cosmetic regenerating and nourishing cream containing the above biologically active additive.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a cosmetic biologically active additive and a cream based on it with a significantly higher quantitative content of bioavailable biologically active useful substances derived from cysts (eggs) and cyst chorions of small crustacean of the genus Artemia.
