FIELD: hoisting and transport mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control systems for hoisting and transport mechanisms for industrial use, namely, to automated systems for monitoring, control and predictive diagnostics of technological equipment of hoisting and transport mechanisms of increased danger in difficult conditions of industrial operation. The SHC, contains interconnected via analog, digital and program-logical communication channels in the program of a single microprocessor controller of the interface subsystem for controlling the supply voltage, the interface subsystem for input/output, conversion, signal processing and control of process equipment, the interface subsystem for monitoring process parameters, the interface subsystem for execution algorithms for control, protection and diagnostics of technological equipment, interface subsystem for interaction with the operator-driver, interface subsystem for predictive diagnostics of technological equipment and interface subsystem for interaction with the server for collecting, storing technological data and issuing tasks from the enterprise automated control system, which are connected to a common two-way communication channel via digital program-logical communication channels in the program of the microprocessor controller.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the software and hardware complex (SHC) in the process of control, management and predictive diagnostics of the process equipment of the hoisting and transport mechanism in difficult conditions of industrial operation.
