METHOD OF COMPLEX TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ALCOHOLISM Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61N5/67 A61M21/00 A61K31/00 A61P25/32

Abstract RU 2648865 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to narcology, and can be used for complex treatment of patients with alcoholism. Intravenous irradiation of blood with laser radiation (ILLC) 635 nm, psychotherapy, medicamentous therapy with use of vascular, sedative drugs, vitamin complexes, antioxidants. In addition, ILLC is performed with a laser radiation of 365 nm. Radiating heads of a CL-ILLC with a wavelength of 635 nm and a CL-ILLC with a wavelength of 365 nm alternate each session. Sessions of ILLC are conducted every other day. In the first 5 days of therapy between the sessions of ILLC, the said drug therapy is performed. Laser therapy is carried out differentially depending on the stage of the disease. At the initial stage of the disease, 4 procedures are performed. Irradiation with head with CL-ILLC-635 nm is carried out with a power at the end of the optical fiber of 1.0 mW, exposure of 10 minutes; laser head KL-ILLC-365 nm with a power at the end of the fiber 1,0 mW, exposure 7 minutes. At average stage of the disease, 6 procedures are performed. Irradiation with a CL-ILLC-635 nm head is carried out with a power at the end of the fiber of 1.5 mW, exposure of 15 minutes; laser head CL-ILLC-365 nm with a power at the end of the fiber 1,0 mW, exposure 10 minutes. In severe form of the disease, 8 procedures are performed by the BLOCK. Irradiation with head with CL-ILLC-635 nm is performed with a power at the end of the fiber of 2.0 mW, exposure of 25 minutes and laser head CL-ILLC-365 nm with output power of the optical fiber of 2.0 mW, exposure of 10 minutes.

EFFECT: method provides increase in the effectiveness of the effect, increase in the duration of remission due to the combined effect of different wavelengths of laser radiation and differentiated approach to the treatment of patients with different stages of the disease.
