FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery, and can be used for the complex treatment of decubitus in patients with prolonged immobilization. Complex effect on decubitus is carried out, including daily surgical treatment of the ulcer together with laser exposure. Laser exposure is carried out contact on adjacent tissues in 4–6 zones and directly on the entire area of the ulcer in 2-3 zones with an exposure of 1–2 minutes per zone. Matrix emitter of 4 laser diodes with a surface area of 4 cm2. Pulse power of each diode is 18 W, the maximum average power is 4×13.5 mW. Wavelength is 904 nm, power is 13.5 mW/cm2, the pulse frequency is 5,000 Hz. Weekly assessment of the dynamics of ulcer healing is made based on the Bates-Jensen Wound Assessment Tool.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the rate of healing of ulcers due to the complex effect on various components of the pathogenesis of the disease, the possibility of timely correction of the ongoing treatment procedures.
