SUBSTANCE: invention relates to encapsulated particle, which includes particle core, base layer and outer layer. Encapsulated particle contains: particle core; basic layer arranged around said particle core and containing polycarbodiimide containing isocyanate in the presence of catalyst reaction product; and outer layer arranged around said base layer and containing wax. Method of encapsulated particles forming, said method includes steps of: isocyanate reaction in the presence of catalyst to form polycarbodiimide; particle core encapsulation with the help of polycarbodiimide with formation of base layer, located around particle core; and base layer encapsulation by means of wax with formation of outer layer located around base layer. System for producing encapsulated particle, containing particle core, basic layer arranged around said particle core and containing polycarbodiimide, and outer layer arranged around base layer and containing wax.

EFFECT: inventions allow making encapsulated particle, having improved moisture resistance, improved swelling resistance and higher strength and durability in the range of temperatures and environmental conditions.
