FIELD: processing and preserving of wood and similar materials.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a continuous method of producing homogeneous plates on a line comprising at least two conveyors spaced apart from each other. Method involves combining polymer diphenylmethane diisocyanate, an isocyanate catalyst, triethyl phosphate and a plurality of lignocellulose particles to form a mixture and a self-polymerisation product of isocyanate in-situ in the mixture. Method also includes forming one of the homogeneous plates from the mixture on the first conveyor and moving the homogeneous plate from the first conveyor to the second conveyor through a given distance while maintaining the structural integrity of the homogeneous plate and continuously forming homogeneous plates on said line comprising at least two conveyors. Lignocellulose particles have moisture content from 0.5 to 30 weight percent of water. Besides, continuous method is free from stage of water addition to polymer diphenylmethane diisocyanate, isocyanate catalyst, lignocellulose particles and homogeneous plate.

EFFECT: this continuous method results in production of homogeneous plates free of compounds increasing adhesiveness and/or adhesives differing from said product of self-polymerisation of said isocyanate.
