FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a nozzle for spraying liquid, especially water in a snow production cannon. In nozzle for spraying liquid swirl insert (4) has flange (11), through which insert (4) is fixed in axial direction between nut (2) and body (1) through front and rear sealing rings (12, 13). Both rings have a round cross-section. Front sealing ring (12) is mounted in rectangular groove (14) made on face of swirl insert (4) tangent to face of nut (2). Rear sealing ring (13) is mounted in semicircular socket made at inner corner of rear surface of flange (11). From side of body (1) rear sealing ring (13) is encircled by a quadrant-of-a-circle socket having a cone input. In position of full tightening of nut (2) an axial deformation of rear sealing ring (13) is 20-40 % of diameter of its cross-section, dimension of gap between face of flange (11) and face of body (1) is no greater than deformation. Rear sealing ring (13) is made of elastomer having hardness of 60-90 IRHD and its hardness is greater than hardness of front sealing ring (12).

EFFECT: reproducibility of axial compression force of specified value with simultaneous preservation of elasticity of connection.
