FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in wireless communication systems. For this purpose, the method involves the following steps: notifying user equipment UE on M sets of physical resource blocks PRB, used for transmission of the EPDCCH channel, and N configurations of reference signals RS, used for conditioning information transmission speed DCI of the EPDCCH channel and/or conversion of the EPDCCH channel resources, and notifying UE on compliance between M sets of blocks PRB and N configurations of signals RS, wherein N is a positive integer larger than 1, and M is a positive integer; and conditioning information transmission speed DCI of the EPDCCH channel and/or conversion of the EPDCCH channel resources according to compliance between M sets of blocks PRB and N configurations of signals RS. In embodiments the device on side of network configures the set of blocks PRB and multiple configurations of signals RS corresponding to different cells or network nodes, and notifies the UE on a set of blocks PRB configurations of signals RS and on compliance between them, to UE may select a cell or a network node used to receive the EPDCCH channel.

EFFECT: technical result is improved quality of controlling physical downlink channel.
