FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to refrigerating and cryogenic engineering and can be used in air integrated separation in metallurgical and chemical industries. Method comprises fluid flow supply, containing oxygen, krypton, xenon, methane, into oxygen with nitrogen replacement rectification tower, supply of gaseous nitrogen flow into oxygen with nitrogen replacement rectification tower lower part, supply of reflux flow into oxygen with nitrogen replacement rectification tower upper part. Method also involves liquid discharge from oxygen with nitrogen replacement rectification tower still into storage tank, liquid evaporation in storage tank and returning of formed vapors into oxygen with nitrogen replacement rectification tower, producing of krypton and xenon concentrate, extraction of krypton and xenon concentrate from storage tank is performed periodically according to concentration of krypton and/or xenon in storage tank achievement of required value.
EFFECT: enabling simplified maintenance of krypton and xenon concentration process equipment.
