SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alerting by a person certain subjects that said person is in an emergency situation. At onset of signs threatening personal safety, a user presses physical button protruding from outer surface of housing of a circle or ring, to trigger a processor, which generates an alarm signal on threat to personal safety. User holds button in pressed state for N seconds, after which processor performs signal generation and transmits said signal to a signal transmission unit for wireless transmission to a remote mobile computerised communication means, from which in relay mode signal on threat to personal safety is transmitted to a subject, authorised with functions of implementation safety of user. In accidental pressing of button for time longer than N seconds, user cancels call through password input in an application, installed in mobile communication means.

EFFECT: technical result is improved convenience of use.
