SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to compositions of cast iron, which can be used for making parts of furnaces and thermal generating units. Cast iron contains, wt%: carbon 2.5-2.9; silicon 0.4-0.6; manganese 1.2-1.8; aluminium 2.0-2.5; antimony 0.01-0.03; copper 0.8-1.2; rhenium 0.1-0.15; nickel 0.3-0.4; cobalt - 0.3-0.4; iron - balance.
EFFECT: technical result is high heat resistance.
