FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an absorbent product containing an absorbent core, located at least partially between the top sheet and the bottom sheet and containing a shell of the core, comprising the absorbent material. Core shell comprises the first and the second material. First material forms a C-shaped shell, at least, partially around the second material. Absorbent material contains at least 80 % of superabsorbent polymers of absorbing material weight. Absorbent core comprises a channel, in fact, that is not containing superabsorbent polymers, at least partially oriented in the article lengthwise direction and having an arched part. Channel is characterised by the values of width in lateral direction, measured parallel to the lateral axis of the product. Values profile of width in lateral direction throughout the length of the channel in longitudinal direction of at least 50 mm taken along the longitudinal axis, is substantially constant.

EFFECT: device of the absorbent product is suggested.
