FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle drive. Vehicle drive system comprises control unit, which, when vehicle is motionless and it does not require driving torque, and coupling element is in first position, activates braking device. Device is activated so, that it brakes vehicle with brake torque, so that vehicle is maintained in motionless position while, as electric machine is controlled so, that it applies torque, leading to, that electric machine generates electric impact with such value, that unit operation driven electric energy from storage battery is maintained.
EFFECT: improving drive operation during vehicle movement with low speed.
