FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Spring energy accumulator brake cylinder comprises housing, in which piston is arranged, emergency brake release device and locking device, which is designed to hold emergency brake release device in different fixation positions. Locking device has ratchet lever. Emergency brake release device drive has actuator movable relative to housing and gripper actuated together with actuating element to grip ratchet lever. Between actuating element and grip or between grip and ratchet lever springs are provided, which included in parallel to spring means for return and during ratchet lever gripping by grip are compressed with creation of spring tension force, which clamps ratchet lever in position beyond engagement with gear wheel.
EFFECT: enabling simplified production of cylinder.
