FIELD: space.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traffic control of abutting spacecrafts (SC). Method provides the touch of active (AC) and passive (PA) of the SC with required missiles of velocity, for which regulate the speed of berthing depending on the distance. By the outer command is performed automatic orientation of AC relative to the same coordinate system, in which the docking station PC is oriented. Control of movement of the mass AC centre of in plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis of the AC, is carried out by a deflection angle of mating target relative to the supported coordinate system. This angle is determined visually as per deviation of external cross of a target relative to the crosshairs of the optical means of observation external environment.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is increasing of quality of controlling berthing in the presence of interaction of control channels, delays in channels of transmitting an image of the target and when transmitting instructions from control handles on the AC.
