FIELD: materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packers with swelling materials. Downhole swelling packer comprises cylindrical hollow housing with swelling cuff installed from outside, able to increase in volume under action of at least one preliminary defined fluid medium, and one or two anchors, made in form of bushing with plates connected to packer housing, which are equipped with outside notches and made with possibility to surround cuff corresponding ends from outside after its swelling with fixation at that relative to well walls. Between anchor bushing and cuff end conical pusher is arranged, made with possibility of longitudinal movement relative to housing towards bushing at cuff swelling with expansion of plates until their pressing to well walls. Cuff is made assembled consisting of several parts, between which annular stoppers are installed, made with possibility of longitudinal movement relative to housing at cuff swelling. Pusher has holes, connecting space at cuff end with borehole space.

EFFECT: technical result is creating of reliable structure, excluding probability of fixation abating and packer pressing at expiration of time.
