SUBSTANCE: invention relates to human and veterinary medicine, namely to means for dissolution of bile stones and treatment of cholelithiasis. Agent for dissolution of bile stones and treatment of cholelithiasis contains mixture of varied polyprenyl phosphates and/or polyprenyl pyrophosphates of vegetal origin with number of isoprene links from 7 to 30. Agent can be absorbed on solid sorbent, in particular sorbitol, lactose, starch, and can contain beta-sitosterol.

EFFECT: technical result from use of proposed drug consists in possibility of dissolution of bile stones and treatment of cholelithiasis with no adverse reactions.
