FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides method of wireless communication which supports hybrid automatic repeat request transfer. Method includes: sending data indicating first process of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) value to user equipment (UE); and, if data indicating second HARQ process value is additionally sent to UE, determination of second HARQ process value in accordance with data indicating second HARQ process value and performing data exchange with UE in accordance with said determined value of second HARQ process. Present invention additionally provides base station and user equipment.
EFFECT: data exchange with UE based on different ratios of HARQ time synchronization and HARQ process values, thereby enabling better support of UE with different functional characteristics.
