SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Base station may transmit resource allocation, a signal indicating the length of the downlink (DL) transmission time (TTI) length, and a signal indicating the length of the uplink TTI (UL) to one or more user equipment (UE). Base station may dynamically select a new multiplexing configuration, for example, by setting the UL TTI length to zero or assigning multiple UE resources in the same DL TTI. Delay can also be reduced by using block feedback, for example block feedback of a hybrid automatic repeat query (HARQ). UE may determine and transmit HARQ feedback for each transport block (TB) from the set TB, which may be based on the downlink TTI time duration.

EFFECT: base station may use the multiplexing configuration based on considerations of delay and efficiency.
