FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for MR tomography of, at least, part of body. Invention consists in the following stages: exposure of body part (10) to effect of viewing sequence containing one or several RF pulses and switched magnetic field gradients to obtain rendering signals; exposure of body part (10) to effect of navigation sequence applied, at least, once before, during or after viewing sequence, wherein navigation sequence contains one or more RF pulses and switched gradients of magnetic field controlled so, that signals of navigator are obtained by one-point or multi-point Dixon method; extraction of data on movement and/or rotation and/or shift of signals of navigator, wherein data on movement and/or rotation and/or shift reflects movement, which takes place inside body (10), when obtaining imaging signals; reconstruction of MR image from signals, wherein data on visualization of movement and/or rotation and/or shift is used to adapt viewing sequence and/or for correction of motion during reconstruction of MR image.
EFFECT: technical result: enabling MR tomography with reliable detection of movement and high image quality.
