FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: use: for magnetic resonance (MR) tomography of patient's body. Summary of invention consists in the fact that invention proposes combining blades of k-space in space of images, and not in k-space, as during normal visualization by PROPELLER method. Local image artifacts are detected and corrected in MR images from separate blades. Detection and correction of artifacts in image space before combining MRI images from individual blades into final MRI image results in improved image quality due to more efficient suppression of local artefacts and, consequently, high ratio of signal to noise.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling implementation of a method which enables efficient compensation of image artifacts combined with visualization by PROPELLER.
