FIELD: military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military equipment. Device for destruction of enemy ships containing a torpedo launcher and a torpedo. Torpedo comprises a microphone mounted along the axis of a scanning reversible engine, and the output of the microphone via an acoustic signals spectrum analyzer is connected to one of the inputs of an acoustic signals spectra comparator circuit, the second input of which is connected with an acoustic signals spectrum memory unit. Output of the acoustic signals spectra comparator circuit is connected to the scanning reversible engine, besides, the microphone is connected to one input of an acoustic signals amplitude values switch, the second input of which is connected with a clock generator. One of the switch outputs is connected to an amplitude memory cell and with one input of an acoustic signals amplitude values comparison circuit. Second output of the switch is connected to the second input of the acoustic signals amplitude values comparison circuit, the output of which is connected to the torpedo steering unit. Acoustic signals amplitude values switch comprises a trigger, input of which is connected to the clock generator, and two outputs of the trigger are connected to two “AND” circuits, the second inputs of which are connected with the microphone.
EFFECT: invention increases the probability of killing the target enemy vessel from a long, inaccessible for the enemy weapons, range.
