SUBSTANCE: invention relates to network technologies. Method includes: search of specified wireless access point, reading information on terminal for terminal, if wireless access point is found, wherein information on terminal contains terminal identifier and terminal medium access control (MAC) address, and data transmission on terminal to specified wireless access point so, that target wireless access point transmits information on terminal to network providing server, after which network providing server stores terminal identifier and adds terminal MAC address into network access white list in specified wireless access point, thereby implementing terminal connection to network. Device includes: access point search module, information reading module and information transmission module.

EFFECT: present invention solves problem that efficiency of connection to network is low in case of connection to network using mobile phone number and verification information in terminal input and reaches result of connection with network efficiency increasing.
