FIELD: transportation; data processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway ACS and telemetry systems for monitoring the state of railway infrastructure objects. System includes sensors for monitoring parameters having transceiving radio channel communication devices, a central dispatcher station having transceiving radio channel communication devices and comprising an information processing device and a device for generating a packet of information. Herewith the system is additionally equipped with a mobile transceiving radio channel communication device located on the rolling stock and made able to transmit or to receive and transmit a packet of information via the transceiving radio channel communication device when passing the sensors of monitoring parameters and/or the central dispatcher station, and the sensors of monitoring parameters contain an information collection and processing device made able to generate a packet of information over a pre-set period of time and to receive or to receive and transmit a packet of information via the transceiving radio channel communication device when the rolling stock passing by them.

EFFECT: provided is higher reliability of communication of the parameters control sensors with the central dispatcher station in remote areas.
