FIELD: monitoring systems.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of automated systems and methods for monitoring remote objects, mainly in remote and hard-to-reach areas with low power supply and with unstable or absent electrical/electronic communication. Automated multichannel system continuous non-volatile complex monitoring of remote objects state is made in form of integrated observation network of measuring instruments, located on a plurality of dissimilar objects, including those located in remote and hard-to-reach territories with low power supply and/or with unstable or absent electrical/electronic communication, by combining information flows in a single data collection center. Method enables continuous non-volatile monitoring of the state of all objects of said set, detecting critical values of states of these objects and promptly communicate information about it to the corresponding services of the Ministry of Emergency Situations via wire or wireless communication channels. System consists of measuring instruments connected by means of information and service channels with a single center for collection, registration and output of monitoring data, wherein the system consists of a set of subsystems according to the corresponding types of measurement, wherein the single data collection, registration and output center (DATA center) is connected to the Internet and contains a database for storing said data.

EFFECT: creation of a multichannel automated system and a method for continuous non-volatile complex monitoring of the state of remote objects, such as structures of buildings and structures of the territory, bases of railways and roads, bases of bridge structures, infrastructure of engineering protection of the territory, as well as landslide, mudslides and objects with hazardous natural processes and phenomena, located in remote and hard-to-reach territories with low power supply and/or with unstable or absent electrical/electronic communication, by combining information flows of all incoming channels in a single data collection center, and timely informing the duty dispatcher services of the Ministry of Emergency Situations or the unified operational dispatch control service (UODCS) on the detected potentially dangerous conditions of objects and the detected hazardous natural processes and phenomena.
