System contains stationary blocks for collecting data on path objects, data processing blocks, blocks of ranking according to the degree of danger of deviations from the norms of the parameters of controlled objects, block of complex data processing, block of complex ranking according to the degree of danger of deviations from the norm of parameters of controlled objects, application server, memory unit, automated infrastructure management system, automated workplace for a train dispatcher of traffic division and a dispatcher of situation control division, diagnostics and monitoring of a high-speed railway line from dispatch control center. Moreover, the system has mobile means of control and monitoring of infrastructure facilities introduced with transceiver modules, information and diagnostic center, automated workplace of the contact network dispatcher, on-duty flaw detection and measurement department, dispatcher of railway automatics and telemechanics, dispatcher of road bed, dispatcher of artificial structures and dispatcher of process security subsystem of the security management center.

EFFECT: increase in the safety of trains on a high-speed railway line is achieved.
