FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of laminar articles by winding and can be used for journal bearing production. According to journal bearing manufacturing method performing woven tape winding onto mandrel with woven tape impregnating with polymer binder with fillers and further heat treatment. At that winding between woven tape layers metal tape is arranged. In friction zone metal band has perforation, made in staggered order on two or three layers of metal tape surface. Between perforation layers pressed tape from flax tow is arranged, with thickness, exceeding thickness of impregnated with composition metal tape.
EFFECT: engineering problem solved by invention is increasing of journal bearing durability.
