FIELD: engineering industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering industry of laminated items by means of winding, and can be used for manufacturing slide bearings. Slide bearing producing method involves winding of webbing on rotating mandrel with proofing of webbing by means of polymeric bonding agent with fillers, tension of webbing, maintaining static webbing tension during curing and heat treatment. Static webbing tension is maintained by mechanical fixing members throughout volume of the bearing, which are installed after webbing has been wound prior to curing and heat treatment. Mechanical fixing members are installed by piercing the web of bearing with punched teeth pre-cut in metal strip by winding metal strip on external surface of bearing thus forming the frame made of teeth inside the bearing. Teeth are located longitudinally relative to bearing axis and in a staggered order.

EFFECT: improving life time of produced slide bearings.
