FIELD: engineering industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering industry of laminated items by means of winding, and can be used for manufacturing slide bearings. Slide bearing producing method involves winding of a strip on rotating mandrel with proofing of strip by means of polymeric bonding agent with fillers, tension of strip, maintaining static strip tension during curing and heat treatment. Static strip tension is maintained by mechanical fixing members throughout the volume of the bearing, which are installed after strip has been wound prior to curing and heat treatment. Mechanical fixing members are installed by piercing the web of bearing with metal wire thus forming the inner frame in the form of external and internal stitches connected to each other by connection straps. External and internal stitches are located longitudinally relative to bearing axis and in a staggered order.

EFFECT: improving life time of produced slide bearings.
