SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hinge assembly for vehicle (10) rear folding door (13) articulation with said vehicle (10) body structure rear vertical post (14) containing first hinged part (18), fixed on door (13), and second hinged part (20), made with possibility to be secured on rear post (14), wherein said second hinged part (20) is fixed by means of screws (22), which pass through said second hinged part (20), through rear post (14), through reinforcement plate (26) and through back plate (30) with three countersunk nuts (32a, 32b, 32c). According to invention, hinged unit comprises fastening assembly (32), containing first platform (46) with first countersunk nut (32a), intended for first screw (22a), which should be installed before other screws (22b, 22c), and second independent platform (50) with second countersunk nuts (32b, 32c), intended for other screws (22b, 22c), to avoid displacement of said second nuts (32b, 32c) relative to holes (23) of wall (24) and holes (25) of reinforcing plate (26) after first screw (22a) tightening.

EFFECT: hinged connection of rear folding door.
