FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to transport machine building. Method of manufacturing a vehicle flap includes the steps of: – take a rectangular flat workpiece; – cut the workpiece to remove one of its angular part; – stamp the workpiece with cut-outs to obtain a part of the flap containing the panel and the edges passing around it; – connect the adjacent edges by attaching the connecting part to the part of the flap. Connecting part is made of a material other than the material of the flap part. Car flap contains a flat panel and the edges passing around it, protruding in planes perpendicular to this panel. Each edge adjoins the other edge and is connected to it by a connecting edge. Outside the connecting edges, the panel and the edges are formed by a separate part of the flap. Each connecting edge is formed by a connecting portion attached to the flap portion.
EFFECT: reduction in mass and an increase in resistance to deformation of the flap are achieved.
