FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of the rotor electric asynchronous machine. Method of making electric rotor of asynchronous machine involves making a support shaft (1) equipped with slots (4) of the shaft. On support shaft (1) is installed a squirrel-cage rotor. Note here that support shaft (1) and electroconductive loose material (8) is introduced into the reservoir (2) so that loose material (8) fills the grooves (4) of the shaft. Loose material (8) in the reservoir (2) by means of hot isostatic pressing is compacted and connected to support shaft (1). Reservoir (2) after hot isostatic pressing is separated from the support shaft (1). As the loose material (8) is used nickel-plated copper loose material. Note here that nickel is used as diffusion for strong connection of copper to support shaft.
EFFECT: simplifying of manufacturing of short-circuited rotors.
