FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircrafts (AC) navigation and is intended to ensure aircraft safety. Determination of adjacent AC relative position relative to said AC can be determined by several methods with subsequent complex processing of navigation information. First method envisages determination of navigation information by each AC, its transmission and reception via AC data exchange channels, and second method is independent determination of relative coordinates of adjacent AC by radio-locating method. At that, emitting antenna position vector is additionally generated for each AC in local coordinate system, message on said antenna position vector coordinates is transmitted in common information packet to other AC with said AC code, receiving and decoding of said message from adjacent AC, calculating transceiving antennas positions vectors difference of this and adjacent AC, using which calculating adjacent AC updated relative coordinates and used them in mentioned methods navigation information integrated processing.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in AC relative position determining accuracy and reliability.
