FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrically insulating lacquer, used for enamel coating of wires in electrical engineering, and, in particular, to lacquer based on polyesters. Electrically insulating lacquer contains, wt%: polyglyceroethylene terephthalate resin 46.0–48.0, polybutylene titanate solution in xylene 1.4–1.7, diethylene glycol 0.1–5.0, xylenol 51.6–53.0, solvent 9.3–19, and additionally dioxane 64–70 and ammonia 22–24.
EFFECT: possibility of applying lacquer on metal base by electrodeposition, obtaining a uniform film of given thickness without use of leveling mechanical devices of all in one pass with minimum heat consumption during its heat treatment and more than 2-fold increase in electric strength of a film with similar thickness.
