SUBSTANCE: proportional valve to control gas in flowing water heater includes a valve body with gas supply channel, extending along longitudinal axis, and an edge located across longitudinal axis; a gate, which is movable relative to valve body in a direction parallel to longitudinal axis, extends along longitudinal axis and configured form first and second assembly positions in valve body to control first and second type of gas, respectively.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of controlling two gases having different properties using one valve.
