SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used for transmitting an uplink signal in a wireless communication system. For this purpose, user equipment transmits a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) in a SRS subframe for a first serving cell to a base station, if SRS transmission in a SRS subframe for first serving cell overlaps with uplink transmission for a second serving cell. PUSCH is transmitted in remaining orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols in a SRS subframe, except one OFDM symbol, reserved for transmitting SRS, regardless of whether SRS is transmitted in one OFDM symbol or not.

EFFECT: technical result consists is improved carrying capacity.
