SUBSTANCE: method and device are provided for transmitting power reserve report (PHR) in a wireless communication system. The user equipment (UE) transmits the first PHR for the first carrier group, which is configured by the first eNodeB (ENB), to the second ENB; and transmits the second PHR for the second carrier group, which is configured by the second eNB to the first eNB. The first PHR and the second PHR include a PHR for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), regardless of whether the simultaneous PUCCH transmission and the physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) are configured or not.
EFFECT: effective method of generating power reserve reports for aggregation of carriers or two-way communication.
