SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gastrointestinal disorder treating composition. Said composition contains multiple separate nuclei, coated with enteric-soluble shell, wherein nuclei include hydrophobic phase containing peppermint oil, dispersed in microcrystalline cellulose based gel, and hydrophilic phase containing methylcellulose based hydrogel, as well as gelatinous sublayer continuous layer covering separate nuclei and separating separate nuclei from corresponding enteric-soluble shells. Invention also relates to method of said composition producing and method of gastrointestinal disorder treating, involving administering of said composition into patient. Composition according to invention is characterized by stability and provides prevention of peppermint oil output from nucleus during storage at 40 °C and relative humidity of 75 % during from 1 to 30 days.
