Device for resection includes external tube unit, which contains straight external tube, internal tube unit, which includes straight internal tube located inside external tube, at least one interacting element on external tube unit and at least one interacting element on internal tube unit. Internal tube and external tube are configured to rotate relative to each other for resection of tissue at distal end of internal and external tubes. Interacting elements are configured to prevent separation of internal and external tubes by force, applied along longitudinal axis of internal tube without bringing medical device in unusable state.

EFFECT: medical device for resection can include cutter on internal tube or first cutting surface on external tube and second cutting surface on internal tube.
